ShareParty Management Rights Transfer

Dear ShareParty users,

We hereby inform you that starting from January 1, 2025, Shareparty Insight Co., Ltd. (Shareparty Insight) officially takes over the management rights of ShareParty from Easy Key 2 Asia Ltd. (EK2A). Shareparty Insight will bring you more engaging survey opportunities, additional ways to earn points, and help brands and companies better understand consumers like you, creating improved products and services.

To protect your rights, we are providing the following information:

1. Personal information:
Based on the transfer and inheritance of business rights, Shareparty Insight has taken over the contractual relationship between EK2A and you. Your personal data will henceforth be managed and protected by Shareparty Insight, which will comply with legal regulations, ShareParty, the ShareParty Privacy Policy and Terms of Service to safeguard your personal data.

2. Your choices:
You have the option to continue using ShareParty App or opt-out if you wish. By continuing to use the App, you agree to the transfer of ShareParty App operating rights. If you opt-out, please follow the user terms of ShareParty App.

3. FAQs:
For any questions, please contact us by sending an email to the ShareParty customer service mailbox or through the "ShareParty Singapore" Facebook page. We are happy to address any of your inquiries.

This announcement serves as a formal notification regarding the change in the operator and developer of the ShareParty app. Your continued use of the app will indicate your acceptance of this change. Starting January 1, 2025, all ShareParty-related updates and regulations will be subject to the announcements made by Shareparty Insight via the ShareParty app, Facebook page, and website.
